The yard is surrounded by the main building, the picket fence, the stable, the barn, the grain granary and the outside sauna. The estate is approximately 9 hectares and it is formed by the distribution of two main roads. The buildings are situated on the riverside.
The main building
The main building is totally rebuilt with the highest facilities (including electric heating, washing-up machine, washing machine, cooler etc.)
without forgetting to maintain the fascinating atmosphere of the old times. The farmhouse livingroom, intermediate chambers and the back chamber form together a harmonious residential completeness where both the oven and the tiled stove are operational in the atmospheric events. The same complex includes a bathroom, a washroom and an electrical sauna. We have also paid attention to invalid persons so that moving with wheelchair is not a problem in the residence.
Fireplace cottage
The fireplace cottage is about 70m2 + comfort premises which forms a cosy place for soirées and parties. The stairs leading to the loft takes you to the memories of the past time and, of course, to the summer lodging (including 10 beds).
Barn
The barn functions as a fitting shelter and a wood stock.
The outdoor sauna
The outdoor sauna will be repaired for the tough bathers. |
